Through guided practices, meditation, visualization, and intuitive techniques, energy alignment works with your body’s natural energy centers (chakras) to shift stuck patterns, enhance flow, and create balance.

Currently, sessions are available online via Zoom, making it easy to join from anywhere. In-person sessions may be available by request (location permitting).

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

Q17. What are your personal credentials and experience?
I bring over 20 years of experience in corporate business leadership, client-focused services, teaching, and mentoring, supported by an engineering background. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling, a Coaching Certification from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, and I am a certified Reiki practitioner.

My life journey has taken me across different countries and cultures, each offering unique challenges and lessons that shaped my perspective and deepened my ability to connect with and support others. This blend of professional expertise, academic training, energy healing, and lived experience allows me to offer a holistic approach to coaching and energy alignment.
